Instructions
These brief instructions are provided for our Clients in this convenient form instead of having to log in through our secure portal to obtain the information.
Here, we use "mysite.co.uk" representing your domain name (URL)
We will have provided you with an account reference - we'll use "account" - and
you will have been given an account password. If you have mislaid either of
these details, you must email or telephone us to request this information. See
the "contact us" pages.
To use our webmail service, go to
www.quadratmail.com
To receive emails to a client program on your computer, such as Outlook, you
need to set up an account in your client program with the following settings:
| Logon user name: | mailbox@account |
| password: | the mailbox password |
| incomming mail server: | mail.mysite.co.uk |
| outgoing mail server: | mail.mysite.co.uk or that provided by your internet connection ISP. Note: if you use mail.mysite.co.uk you will have to set that your outgoing server requires authentication using the same credentials as the incomming server. |
To administer your mailboxes, log in to the server at http://server7097.dedicated.webfusion.co.uk/ and go to "Email Control" with your account reference and password and go to "Email Control"

To upload files to your site, your FTP settings are:

The initial working folder of your web site is "www" log in to the server at To administer your website - for example to veiw useage logs - log in to the server at http://server7097.dedicated.webfusion.co.uk/ with your account reference and password and go to "Web Control"
